Request for Quotes: Technical Assistance Providers

The Northwest Environmental Justice Center (Center) is seeking additional technical assistance providers to join our extended network to support frontline communities with energy and environmental justice issues. Frontline communities have asked for additional support in the following areas:

  1. Storytelling

  2. Organizational capacity building

  3. Alaska technical assistance

Services are usually provided on a 1:1 basis based on requests that the Center receives from environmental justice communities. Preference will be given to technical assistance providers with experience working with environmental justice communities. When a request is submitted, we typically schedule an initial call with the technical assistance (TA) provider and the requesting community within two weeks. After the warm handoff, we ask the TA provider to collaborate closely with the community and keep us updated on their progress.

Consultant Budget Funds

To be determined based on available funds and services to be provided. The initial contract for the first year has a minimum/maximum range of $5,000 - $70,000, with possibility of expanding the contract for following years.
